Committed to presence, experimentation, and exchange in art and performance and designed to be a platform for emerging and established artists alike, SLOP Salon borrows from the vulnerability of the open mic format where performances are intended to be fresh, unrefined, and authentic. SLOP Salon performers are invited to present unpolished, risky, and experimental works. Amateurism is strongly encouraged and fucking up is inevitable.
